  • What happens after my trial ends?

    Your account moves to the free Starter plan. You keep access to all 7 Take Action tools and all 14 VA tools at no cost, with 2 analyses per month. Upgrade to Member anytime to restore unlimited access.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. Cancel from your Account page at any time. Monthly plans end at the close of the billing period. Annual plans are not prorated but you retain access through the end of the paid year.

  • Is the annual plan worth it?

    If you use Bill Advantage more than once a month, yes. The annual Member plan is $99 -- equivalent to 8 months of the monthly rate. You save $45 compared to paying month by month. The annual Family plan saves $79.

  • How does the Family plan work?

    The Family plan covers up to 4 members. The account owner manages billing. Each member gets their own private dashboard -- analyses and documents are never shared between members without consent. Members on different insurance plans are fully supported.
